You can choose from various fixed output voltage versions of 4.5V, 4.7V, 5V, and 5.2V. The TPS6125xA can supply up to 1500mA of load current from batteries discharged to as low as 3V. Introduction of the 20V, 10A fully integrated synchronous rectification boost converter 'TPS61178'.

The "TPS61178" is a 20V synchronous boost converter with an integrated gate driver for load disconnection. The "TPS61178" incorporates two low on-resistance power FETs: a 16mΩ switching FET and a 16mΩ rectifier FET. It also uses fixed frequency peak current mode control with integrated slope compensation. The "TPS61178" has the potential to isolate the output from the input side during shutdown.
